Astera is an Optional PvP world in Tibia that officially launched on January 25, 2005. The server is hosted in the United States (North America), which provides favorable connectivity for players in that region. In Optional PvP worlds, player-versus-player combat only occurs when both participants enable it, allowing for cooperative progression with the option to engage in PvP when desired.
